Accounts Receivable Clerk - Part Time (Toledo, OH)

Overview
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk will provide diversified accounting and administrative support to the accounting department. The AR clerk will gather and maintain a current understanding of organizational policies, procedures and practices as well as use experience, skills, and accounting knowledge to partner with staff to fulfill essential and assigned job functions. The AR clerk may also collect, compile, enter, and analyze moderately complex data to improve procedures and efficiencies.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly client and financial system processing of invoices
Assist with generation of client invoices
Assist with monthly cash receipt collection and reconciliation
Reconcile and report transactions
Assist with organization of AR documentation
Assist with company financial conversion and data imports
Other duties as assigned

 

Core Competencies
Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Knowledge of Accounts Receivable
Knowledge of general accounting processes and procedures
Proficient in data management and entry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
