Miriam joined Findley Davies in 2015 as a Consultant in the Change Management Practice, bringing with her 20 years of diverse HR experience. Before joining the firm, she was the HR Director for a non-profit community hospital. Prior to that, she spent 10 years in corporate and operational HR leadership roles with a large global manufacturing company. This practitioner experience enables her to understand her clients' HR challenges and partner with them to identify and implement solutions.
As a member of the consulting team, Miriam supports all areas of the practice. She successfully partners with leaders to assess needs and develop strategies focused on communications and change management, organizational performance, compensation and benefits.
Miriam obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2011 and her Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) in 2015.
