Beth Eve is an Actuarial Analyst with Findley Davies. She brings over 20 years of experience in a wide array of plan analysis and administration in several Human Capital/Benefits Consulting areas including Defined Benefits, Health and Welfare, Defined Contribution 401(k) Plan Administration and Recordkeeping, and Personalized Benefits Communications.
As an actuarial analyst, Beth prepares actuarial and retiree health care valuations, spreadsheets, databases, benefit calculations, government forms, and assists consultants and actuaries in plan design studies. In addition, Beth calculates incurred but not reported (IBNR) health care claim reserves for many self-funded schools and public entities under ORC 9.833.
Beth also has international consulting experience as she lived and worked in Hong Kong for three months preparing personalized benefit comparisons for a Chinese government mandated pension program, Mandatory Provident Fund.
