If you are hard-working, detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated, and interested in helping clients solve complex problems, we'd like to meet you. We are always looking for dynamic students who want to take their collegiate learning beyond the classroom. Interns receive hands-on experience, valuable networking opportunities, and an opportunity to participate in our community service projects.
- Graduate or undergraduate students studying human resources, finance, accounting, communications, business management, marketing, organizational development/leadership, and/or information technology
- 3.0+ GPA
- Summer internships are most prevalent; some year-round internships are offered on an as-needed basis
- Full-time (40 hours per week, 8 – 5, M – F); part-time available for those taking classes during internship
- All positions are paid
What It's Like
Interns work side-by-side with our consultants and other interns. Often, interns directly contribute to client projects: analyzing information, developing innovative solutions, writing reports, and even presenting at client meetings. We want interns to learn, contribute, and grow. We offer three internships in three areas: consulting team, 401(k) recordkeeping, and actuarial.
